Performance depends on the polymer system and the destination standard. A listed raw material does not certify the finished compound.
Tell us the polymer system, processing conditions and target performance, with grade, quantity, packing and destination. We can provide free samples to test in your finished formulation.
Application Guide
Choose by process objective, formulation compatibility and operating conditions. Review the product-specific grade and documentation before application trials.
Ammonium polyphosphate (APP-II), melamine cyanurate (MCA) and brominated flame retardants are selected by polymer and by the fire test your product must pass. See our flame retardants page for grade selection by polymer.
MBTS and TBBS are thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators for tire and industrial rubber compounds. Compare scorch safety and cure rate within your existing cure system.
Diethyltoluenediamine (DETDA) and dimethylthiotoluenediamine (DMTDA) are chain extenders and curing agents for polyurethane and epoxy systems. Check pot life and process compatibility for your resin.
Allyl methacrylate (AMA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) are crosslinking monomers for acrylic resins and impact modifiers. Check purity and inhibitor content, and follow the handling guidance in the SDS.
FAQ
What to include when requesting specifications or samples.
Our range covers brominated and phosphorus flame retardants, melamine cyanurate, zinc borate, rubber accelerators such as MBTS, TBBS and TMTD, curing agents such as DETDA and DMTDA, epoxy diluents and methacrylate monomers. Each product page lists the CAS number, grades and technical documents.
Tell us the polymer system, processing conditions and target specification. We recommend a grade and you confirm it with the TDS, SDS and a sample.
Send the product name, required grade, quantity, packaging and destination, plus any target test values.
Tell us the product, specification, application, quantity and destination. We reply with the specification, documents and a quotation.
