Standard lead time is approximately 14 days from order confirmation.
Trixylyl Phosphate Specifications
Phosphorus content is calculated. Flash-point test method is not specified in the source; viscosity is dynamic, at 25°C.
Commercial Information
Storage & Shipping
Storage Conditions
Store sealed in a cool, dry, ventilated place with secondary containment. Protect from prolonged heating, moisture and strong oxidizers. Keep containers clearly labelled and restrict access to trained personnel.
Packaging Integrity
Inspect steel drums, seals and transfer connections before unloading. Secure drums upright and contain leaks; retain residue warnings on empty packaging.
Packaging
230 kg steel drums
Handling & Protection
Use controlled liquid transfer and engineering controls for mist exposure. Wear suitable chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. Prevent repeated contact and ingestion; avoid exposure during pregnancy and keep food out of work areas. High-pressure fluid injection requires emergency medical attention.
What Is Trixylyl Phosphate?
Trixylyl phosphate is an aromatic phosphate ester based on xylenyl groups. The industrial material may contain an isomer distribution; representative molecular formula C24H27O4P and molecular weight 410.44 g/mol describe the phosphate component. It is distinct from triphenyl phosphate and tricresyl phosphate.
The supply specification controls APHA colour ≤200, acid value ≤0.2 mg KOH/g and water ≤0.1%. Flash point is ≥230°C, specific gravity at 20°C is 1.14–1.16 and viscosity at 25°C is 80–110 mPa·s. Test temperature and viscosity basis must be retained when comparing fluid grades.
TXP is used in selected fire-resistant hydraulic-fluid and lubrication development, and as a phosphate plasticizer or flame-retardant additive in compatible polymer systems. A high flash point does not establish a finished-fluid approval or universal fire-performance rating; assess the complete formulation and operating system.
The matched TXP-rich liquid reference has fertility, repeated-exposure and aquatic hazards. Bulk transport is Class 9, UN 3082, packing group III. Prevent mist exposure and environmental release, and evaluate destination-specific restrictions before selecting an end use.

Trixylyl Phosphate FAQ
Which Trixylyl Phosphate grade should I choose?
Compare Industrial liquid grade against your process requirements. Check the TDS for assay and impurity limits, then test a sample for compatibility and performance in your process.
Can I request a Trixylyl Phosphate sample for testing?
Request a free sample for testing. Tell us the intended TXP application, preferred grade and the tests you plan to perform, so that we can arrange a suitable evaluation sample and technical information.
How is Trixylyl Phosphate packed and shipped?
Standard packing is 230 kg steel drums. The usual MOQ is 1,000 kg, with a lead time of approximately 14 days from order confirmation. The reference bulk transport classification is Class 9 — Environmentally hazardous.
Which documents are available for Trixylyl Phosphate?
The TDS covers supply specifications; the reference SDS covers safety and transport. Both can be downloaded on this page. A batch COA can be provided with supply. Request documents for the grade and physical form you are ordering.
Request a Trixylyl Phosphate Quotation
