The local 2026 TDS specifies white-to-beige powder, pH 2.0–4.5 in a 1% aqueous test, loss on drying ≤0.5% at 60°C, flowability ≤40°, anti-corrosion index ≥2.5 and acid value 300–500 mg KOH/g. This powder mixture has no single molecular formula or fixed molecular weight; acid value and flowability are useful purchasing criteria.
Glass manufacturers and processors evaluate the powder for flat-glass stacking, warehouse storage and transport protection. Select the application conditions by sheet size, surface finish, humidity, subsequent cleaning and process trials. The material is a temporary interleaving aid, rather than a thermal-insulation glass powder or a certified biocide.
