Storage Conditions
Keep tightly closed in compatible original containers in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect from excessive heat, direct sunlight and contamination; segregate from strong oxidizing agents. Apply the temperature instructions on the ordered grade label.

What Is Butynediol Ethoxylate?
Butynediol ethoxylate (BEO), CAS 1606-85-5, C8H14O4, is an acetylenic brightener for nickel electroplating that improves levelling and brightness.
The yellowish liquid has assay ≥98.0%, pH 4–7, relative density 1.10–1.15 at 20°C and refractive index 1.4740–1.4840.
It is not regulated as dangerous goods. Nickel brightener components are combined in a balanced package; addition rates are set by Hull cell tests and bath analysis.
