What Is Potassium Monopersulfate Compound?
Potassium monopersulfate compound is the triple salt 2KHSO5·KHSO4·K2SO4. Its oxidizing functionality comes from potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate; active-oxygen content and KHSO5 content are different measurements and should be compared on the correct basis.
The local TDS specifies at least 4.5% active oxygen, at least 42.8% KHSO5 and moisture not above 0.1%. It also controls bulk density, solution pH and particle-size distribution. The dry material forms an acidic solution, which affects formulation compatibility and handling.
Evaluate oxidation demand, dosing method and compatibility in the intended pool, wastewater or industrial process. Antimicrobial claims for a finished formulation require appropriate testing and authorization. The matched triple-salt reference assigns Class 8, UN 3260, packing group II. Oxidizing behaviour and transport class describe different aspects of the material.

Potassium Monopersulfate Compound FAQ
Which Potassium Monopersulfate Compound grade should I choose?
Compare KHSO5 ≥42.8% / active oxygen ≥4.5% against your process requirements. Check the TDS for assay and impurity limits, then test a sample for compatibility and performance in your process.
Can I request a Potassium Monopersulfate Compound sample for testing?
Request a free sample for testing. Tell us the intended KMPS application, preferred grade and the tests you plan to perform, so that we can arrange a suitable evaluation sample and technical information.
How is Potassium Monopersulfate Compound packed and shipped?
Standard packing is 25 kg bags. The usual MOQ is 1,000 kg, with a lead time of approximately 14 days from order confirmation. The reference bulk transport classification is Class 8 — Corrosive.
Which documents are available for Potassium Monopersulfate Compound?
The TDS covers supply specifications; the reference SDS covers safety and transport. Both can be downloaded on this page. A batch COA can be provided with supply. Request documents for the grade and physical form you are ordering.
