2,3,5,6-Tetramethylpyrazine (ligustrazine), CAS 1124-11-4, C8H12N2, is a pyrazine with a roasted, nutty, cocoa-like aroma. It is used in flavours for coffee, cocoa, nuts, baked goods and tobacco, and as a specialty intermediate.
The TDS specifies content ≥98.0% and melting range 85–90°C.
