Sizing Agent for paper Cas No: 7398-69-8 + 124-02-7 dilute the emulsifier and preheat to 80℃, then melt AKD wax, mix with preheated copolymer emulsifier and with high speed emulsifying machine to emulsify for 7 minutes, and better to get satisfying emulsified AKD sizing agent after 1~3 times processing by homogenizer. This copolymer is a new strong cationic emulsifier, used to replace traditional AKD emulsifier, with the same condition, then cost of sizing agent can be decreased by about $25/MT without adding curing promoter and can inhibit hydrolysis of AKD emulsion and prolong function life of AKD during the curing process.
