Celebrating 30 Years of ZXCHEM: A Journey of Growth and Unity
A Milestone Journey: 30 Years of ZXCHEM
In 1995, Chairman Cao Xianglai founded ZXCHEM in a modest two-bedroom office in Haikou, guided by the principles of harmony (“Zhong”) and integrity (“Xin”). From those humble roots, ZXCHEM has grown into a global leader with 25 subsidiaries, serving over 80 countries in renewable energy, advanced materials, and healthcare. In 2025, we’re celebrating our 30th anniversary with a series of events to mark this incredible milestone.
Walking Down Memory Lane: The Maling Ancient Trail Hike
On April 18-19, 2025, ZXCHEM’s team gathered in the scenic mountains of Tonglu, Zhejiang, for a team-building event to kick off our 30th anniversary celebration. It was a moment to reflect on our journey from 1995 to 2025 while bonding in nature’s embrace.
We started with a hike along the Maling Ancient Trail, a path winding through lush mountains that mirrored ZXCHEM’s 30-year journey—full of twists but always forward-moving. Bathed in sunlight, we shared laughter and stories, each step a tribute to our company’s history. The hike became a bridge between our past and future, uniting us in spirit.
Gathering Around the Bonfire: A Night of Warmth and Stories
As dusk settled on April 18, a bonfire lit up the mountains, bringing our ZXCHEM family together. The aroma of barbecue filled the air as we laughed and reminisced under a starry sky. Some shared tales from the company’s early days, while others dreamed about the future. The fire’s warmth sparked a renewed passion in us all, and in that moment, our 30-year legacy glowed brighter than ever.
Painting Our Hopes: Blessings for ZXCHEM’s Future
On the morning of April 19, with the valley aglow in sunlight, we came together to paint our wishes for ZXCHEM’s 30th anniversary on a shared canvas. Each brushstroke carried gratitude for our past and hope for what’s ahead—messages like “Three Decades Strong, Many More to Come” and drawings of flowers and rainbows. The canvas turned into a colorful mosaic of dreams, a symbol of the bright future we’re building together.
Looking Ahead: Building ZXCHEM’s Next Chapter Together
These 30 years are a milestone, but they’re also a new beginning. This team-building event strengthened our bonds and deepened our commitment to ZXCHEM. Every step on the trail, every story by the fire, and every brushstroke on the canvas reflected our love for the company. Together, let’s wish ZXCHEM many more years of success as we write the next chapter of our story!
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants—your enthusiasm and creativity made this event a fitting prelude to ZXCHEM’s 30th anniversary celebration. May we continue to harness this energy as we step into a future brimming with opportunities.
